There are two ways to update the diagnosis on the Listrunner web app.


Method 1

The diagnosis can be edited directly on the Patient list by clicking into the diagnosis cell. The cell will become highlighted in blue. Update the text and click the green check mark to save or the gray 'x' to cancel.


Method 2

  1. The diagnosis can also be updated on the Patient detail screen. Click on the demographic cell on the Patient list to open the Patient detail. 
  2. Click on the 'Shared' tab in the main navigation (this tab should be selected by default).
  3. Click on the 'Diagnosis' column in the column menu.
  4. The patient's most recent diagnosis will appear in the diagnosis field. Update the diagnosis and click the green check mark to save or the grey 'x' to cancel.
  5. When the diagnosis is saved, the updated diagnosis, time of update, and the name of the user that made the update, will appear in the history section below.


To update a patient's diagnosis on the Listrunner mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. On the Patient tab, click on the patient's row.
  2. On the Patient detail screen click on the 'Shared' tab in the main navigation (this tab should be selected by default).
  3. Scroll down the screen to the Diagnosis field.
  4. Click on the Diagnosis field to edit it.
  5. The patient's most recent diagnosis will appear in the Diagnosis field. Update the diagnosis click 'Save' in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  6. When the diagnosis is saved, the updated diagnosis, time of update, and the name of of the user that made the update, will appear in the history section on the Diagnosis screen.
